• Today we talked about what happens when you mix black and white together. We created gray paint. The students painted paper plates gray and we added eyes, ear, and a trunk to make an elephant.

• We talked about zebra's today. We made zebra puppets. 
• For one on one time, we are looking at letter recognition.

• Today the students designed a clown using circles, triangles, and squares. 
• We continued to work on Pete the Cat I Love My White Shoe.
• Students worked on writing the letter z.

Preschool
 We wrote thank yous to the area business who donated circus tickets. The students also drew a picture of their favorite part of the circus. If they were unable to attend, they drew a picture of what they thought would be fun at the circus.
We worked on Pete the Cat color books today. Throughout the week we will read them in different ways. We have a CD to go along with our books we made.

6th Grade Math

• For Module 6.3, problems 1,2,5-10, and 15.

Preschool

• We are talking about community helpers this week. Today we made a community helpers tool belt. 
• Also, we are working on a color book. Today we color the pictures according to the words on the page.
